摘要： The present invention concerns a light-collecting device equipped in an information reading system for reading, for instance, the radiation image information stored in a photo stimulable storage phosphor sheet. The light-collecting device includes a reflector, shaped like a longish cylinder, a surface of which is a light-reflecting surface finished as a mirror surface; and a photo-detector to detect light residing inside the reflector. The reflector includes a light-incoming aperture to guide light inside the reflector, and a perpendicular line at the light-incoming aperture is shifted from a center line of a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the reflector.
