    摘要: The invention relates to a semi-automatic aligning and feeding device (1) for copiers, for the purpose of aligning an original (25) and feeding it from a feed table (17) to an object stage (5). Sensors (L.sub.1 to L.sub.5) are provided for scanning the original in various positions. Except for one sensor (L.sub.2), the sensors are located in or on the pivotable cover (3) of the device. The original, laid by hand onto the feed table (17), is picked up by a suction bar (11) which is equipped with spring suction heads (12, 12') and is, corresponding to its particular operating state, supplied either with vacuum or with compressed air and can be moved from a starting position into an end position and back again. In the end position, the spring suction heads are supplied with compressed air so that the original is laid down in precise alignment on the object stage.

    摘要: A mechanism for transporting printing plates includes a swiveling lifting cylinder carrying on its extendable and retractable piston rod a dish-shaped plate which is equipped with suction elements. The printing plates are stacked in inclined positions in a plate holder. When so stacked, the coated, photoconductive sides of the printing plates face downwards and are protected from damage by sheets. For transporting a printing plate to an exposure table, the dish-shaped plate of the lifting cylinder is lowered onto the uncoated side of the printing plate which lies on top of the stack in the plate holder until the suction elements rest on the printing plate. Then, reduced pressure is applied to the suction elements so that they grip the printing plate by suction, and the piston rod is partially retracted into the lifting cylinder. Then the lifting cylinder swivels to a vertical position and places the now horizontally lying printing plate on a conveyor track where it is engaged by rollers and is further transported, after the reduced pressure of the suction elements has been released.

    摘要: A mechanism for feeding and transporting printing plates to an exposure table with the aid of transport rollers. The uppermost of the printing plates is stacked in a plate holder. This plate is gripped by a swiveling lifting cylinder and is, after being swung through a semi-circular arc movement, deposited on a suction plate of the exposure table. The transport rollers, which are arranged on either side of the suction plate, are driven by a drive roller in each row via drive belts. Those transport rollers which are the first in each row (from the standpoint of the direction of printing plate travel) are arranged on swivel blocks which are swiveled outwardly from the rows before the printing plate is put down. This enables the forward part of the printing plate to be deposited on the suction plate without jamming. As soon as the printing plate rests on the suction plate, the first transport rollers are swiveled towards the lateral edges of the printing plate which is then transported forward, its lateral edges being guided in grooves provided in the transport rollers.

    摘要: A roller 1 which serves to press a copy sheet against a heating plate of a fixing device in an electrophotographic copier is equipped with a clinging plastic tape 3 wound spirally around the roller. The end portions 6,6' of the roller are provided with clamping means. The tape 3 has holes and pointed ends. The roller ends have different lengths, and over the longer roller end 10 a clamping sleeve 4 is slipped and is mounted on a shaft, thus forming the end portion 6'. The clamping sleeve has a tapped hole penetrating its wall and provided with a set screw which is screwed down to lock the clamping sleeve, which is otherwise rotatable about the shaft, in a position in which the tape is wound tightly around the roller surface.
