摘要： A label printer includes a thermal printer section and a keyboard. The label printer further includes an I/O port to which a memory card storing information of label issuing condition including a preset number of printing formats is electrically connected, and a printing control circuit including a CPU, ROM, RAM and printer controller and for selectively reading out printing format data from the memory card when it is detected that the memory card is connected to the I/O port, setting a printing format corresponding to the readout printing format data, and driving the thermal printer section to print printing data supplied from the keyboard according to the set printing format.

摘要： A fully automatic labeling system having a sending-in conveyor, a weighing conveyor and a sticking conveyor which have their operations controlled independently of one another. This invention controls the operations of the conyeyors so that the conveyors may be driven in only necessary states and that weighing and label sticking may be reliably and most efficiently performed even during transfer of a commodity between the conveyors. In both a print fixing operation and a two-stage print mode for a label, transportation intervals of the commodities can automatically have necessary time differences.

摘要： A printing apparatus includes N heating elements arranged in a line, and prints data on a label by each line by selectively supplying a current to these heating elements in accordance with printing data. The printing apparatus has a first memory for storing a plurality of line printing data constituting printing information including special information, a second memory for storing a plurality of line printing data constituting ordinary printing information, and a control unit which generates drive data corresponding to a logical sum of the one line printing data from the first memory and that from the second memory so as to cause the heating elements to be selectively energized during a first printing period of each line printing cycle. Drive data corresponding to the one line printing data from the first memory is generated so as to cause the heating elements to be selectively energized during a second printing period of each line printing cycle.
