A manufacturing method for a silicone rubber molded body that is to be used in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a heating process of a precursor of a silicone rubber molded body. The heating process includes heating the precursor of a silicone rubber molded body and externally introducing an environmental gas and discharging the environmental gas to outside, to reduce an amount of a low molecular weight compound remaining in the precursor of a silicone rubber molded body.

There is provided a silicone rubber composition forming a rubber member on a surface of a fixing member which is used in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. The silicone rubber composition includes 1.5 or less of a low molecular weight component by a cumulative amount measured from 10 minutes to 32 minutes after starting retention in a head space gas chromatography measurement under a predetermined condition. The silicone rubber composition further includes 2.2 or more of a high molecular weight component by a cumulative amount from 32 minutes to 37 minutes after starting retention in a head space gas chromatography measurement under the predetermined condition.

An image forming method which is capable of preventing occurrence of moire and forming images having sufficient color saturation and a sufficient gloss is provided. The color toner image is formed in accordance with a color image signal obtained through screen processing using a screen pattern having a screen line count of 50 to 270 lpi on manuscript image data, and the clear toner image is formed in accordance with a clear image signal obtained through contone processing on the manuscript image data. The clear image signal is controlled so that, according to the amount of the color toner per unit area of the stacked toner image obtained by the color toner image being superimposed with the clear toner image, the less the amount of the color toner, the more the amount of the clear toner becomes.

The present invention relates to toner for electrostatic charge image development including a resin, a metal-containing compound, and a colorant compound precursor to be converted to a colorant compound through a reaction with the metal-containing compound by heat applied at heat fixing. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide toner for electrostatic charge image development which is excellent in fluidity and storage stability and a method of manufacturing the same.
