摘要： A CPU 81 displays a virtual tape 201 of a length obtained by subtracting a length (l1+l2) from an antenna 33 to a thermal head 9 from a data value of an “IC chip pitch length L” when it determines that a printing object tape 531 of type 1 is accommodated in a tape cassette 21. A “tape width” is displayed on the right side of the virtual tape 201. A tape length of the virtual tape 201 is displayed below it. A “tape type” is displayed below it. Then, the CPU 81 displays a print area 202 on the virtual tape 201 from a data value of the “print area” while a right side portion thereof serves as a non-print area. It displays the print data inputted into the print area 202 and waits for the return key 4 to be pressed.

摘要： The number of lines of character strings to be printed on a cable label 11 is calculated (S730) and line spacing is calculated so that the distance between the lines of the character strings of the calculated number of lines will be equalized (S740). A print image rotated counterclockwise by 90 degrees is generated so that the character string will be in the width direction of the print tape 10 (S750). Printing is executed (S790) by successively arranging print images for the calculated number of lines while placing print images at both ends of the cable label 11 (S760) and securing the calculated line spacing.

摘要： A stamp device is capable of selecting a current supply time for use by a thermal head in accordance with an ink temperature detected by a temperature sensor so as to control the size of perforations to be formed on a heat sensitive stencil paper by the thermal head. 摘要： A stencil producing apparatus for producing a stencil having a desired stencil image is provided with a storing unit for storing a plurality of image forming elements. The stencil producing apparatus is further provided with a selecting unit for selecting one of the plurality of image forming elements which corresponds to a desired stencil image. If the character array formed on the heat sensitive sheet of the dummy stamp is satisfactory with respect to the character array, the character size, and the arrangement of the character array, the stamp unit is mounted on the heat printing device to perform the perforation print of the character array of the mirror characters on the print face portion of the stamp unit.
