摘要： An antenna has a plurality of metallic patches and a feed network both being spaced apart from a ground plate at different levels to obtain better radiation pattern and gain effects. Each of the metallic patches has a body with an outer edge from which an inclined wing extends upwardly and outwardly. Furthermore, the metallic patches and the feed network are integrally formed by bending a single piece of metal plate, thus the antenna improves the design flexibility and also simplifies the production process.

摘要： A broadband antenna has a substrate, a coupling conductor, a conductor string, a ground conductor and a ground plane. The coupling conductor has a first coupling member and a second coupling member being separated from each other. The conductor string and the ground conductor are connected to the second coupling member. The conductor string extends along a direction opposite to the second coupling member. The ground conductor is connected to the ground plane. The broadband antenna uses the coupling conductor and the ground conductor to adjust input impedance for impedance match. The conductor string functions as a multi level resonance circuit to increase impedance bandwidth.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for switching a frequency band of an antenna, used in an electronic device having an antenna are provided. The apparatus comprises a driving device, a switching device, and a radio frequency module. The switching device is used for adjusting the frequency band of the antenna to cover a system frequency band of a communication system adopted by the electronic device. The driving device is used for receiving a switching command from the electronic device and driving the switching device accordingly, in which the switching command indicates the communication system adopted by the electronic device. The radio frequency module is used for performing down frequency conversion on the signals output by the switching device and performing up frequency conversion on the signals to be input to the switching device. Accordingly, more than two frequency bands can be supported by the electronic device with a single antenna.
