摘要： A bale wrapper apparatus includes a table for supporting the bale and rotating the bale about a first axis; a film dispenser including a film holder and a pre-stretcher unit; a drive device for driving relative rotation between the table and the film dispenser about a second axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis, and a control unit that controls the pre-stretcher unit. The control unit is configured to control the pre-stretcher unit such that during rotation of the bale, the amount of pre-stretching applied to the film alternates between a first elongation level and a second elongation level. The first elongation level is greater than the second elongation level, such that a part of the film that is pre-stretched at the second elongation level is positioned on a corner of the bale, and a part of the film that is pre-stretched at the first elongation level is positioned on an end face or a side surface of the bale.
