Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes: a base layer including at least one base sub-layer each being a light-transmitting layer; a transistor layer on the base layer, the transistor layer including a plurality of transistors; and at least one light adjustment layer on a side of the transistor layer facing the base layer, the at least one light adjustment layer being configured to block, at least in a preset state, light from at least one side of the at least one light adjustment layer. In the array substrate, the amount of light irradiated on the transistor layer from the side of the base layer is reduced and the photo-induced leakage current in the transistors in the transistor layer is reduced, thus alleviating locally non-uniform brightness of a displayed image.

The method includes: providing a semi-finished product of the display panel, including a substrate and a partition ring disposed around the hole area; forming a desorption layer on the surface of the substrate and in the hole area; forming a luminescent structure layer in the display area and the transition area on the side of the substrate, and a luminescent structure layer on the surface of the desorption layer away from the substrate and in the hole area, a portion of the luminescent structure layer in the transition area being partitioned by the partition ring; sublimating the material of the desorption layer to remove a portion of the luminescent structure layer in the hole area.

Abstract: The present application provides a display panel defining a display area and a non-display area located around the display area, the display panel includes: a cathode lapping assembly located in the non-display area of the display panel, the cathode lapping assembly includes an organic planarization layer, a seal layer, a cathode connecting wire and a cathode lead-out wire stacked sequentially, wherein the cathode lead-out wire extends to the display area and connects with the cathode in the display area, the cathode connecting wire is configured to receive an external circuit signal and send the external circuit signal to the cathode lead-out wire, and the seal layer is configured to block water and oxygen in the organic planarization layer. In this way, the present application can reduce the erosion of the cathode connecting wire by the water and oxygen in the organic planarization layer.
