    摘要: Disclosed is a stator structure of a rotary device and its forming method. The method for forming a stator structure includes the steps of (a) forming a first part having a first middle portion with a through hole, and M pieces of extending portions extending from the first middle portion, (b) forming a second part having a second middle portion with a through hole, and N pieces of extending portions extending from the second middle portion, (c) alternately bending the M pieces of extending portions of the first part toward a first direction and alternately bending the N pieces of extending portions of the second part toward a second direction opposite to the first direction, respectively, and (d) correspondingly combining the first and second parts together to form the stator structure in which the bent extending portions of the first and second parts constitute a columnar portion of the stator structure for winding a coil thereon, wherein M and N are even numbers not less than four, respectively.

    摘要: A fan control system. The fan motor is operated normally at not greater than a preset maximum rotation speed. The fan control system has a programmable microcontroller to receive an input voltage and a rotation speed signal corresponding to the actual rotation speed of the fan motor, determining an output signal according to the input voltage and the rotation speed signal, and outputting the output signal; and a fan-driving unit to receive the output signal and adjusting the rotation speed for driving the fan motor according to the output signal. When the rotation speed is lower than a predetermined rotation speed, the rotation speed is in a relation of a first function to the input voltage; when the rotation speed is greater than the predetermined rotation speed, the rotation speed is in a relation of a second function to the input voltage. The first function and the second function are separate mathematical functions, and a first maximum voltage obtained from the maximum rotation speed in the relation of the first function is lower than a second maximum voltage obtained from the maximum rotation speed in the relation of the second function.

    摘要: A driving level control structure eliminating electric noise from motor includes a drive control unit, a sensing unit, a setting unit, a first comparing unit, and a frequency control unit. The first comparing unit generates a first discriminating signal based on a reference level signal provided by the sensing unit and a preset level signal provided by the setting unit. The frequency control unit generates a second discriminating signal based on the first discriminating signal. The second discriminating signal is set to a specific frequency fallen out of a human ear perceptible frequency range before being sent to the drive control unit for controlling a motor coil unit to on or off as a current limiting operation, so that electric noise from a motor during the current limiting operation thereof is eliminated.
