摘要： The invention is directed to a porous osteoinductive composite comprising osteoinductive granules embedded in a porous matrix, wherein more than 5% of the surface area of the osteoinductive granules is exposed from said matrix as determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) imaging. Such a composite can suitably be used in a medical treatment, for example in a medical treatment of connective tissue and/or bone loss or defect.
