摘要： In order to achieve simple, user-friendly “smart home” scenarios in a telecommunications system in the context of the transmission of textual, audio, video and/or control data between a data source and a data sink, a mobile element of the telecommunications system generates control commands and transmits the latter in a target manner in message traffic between the units that form part of the wireless communication or telecommunication process via the air interface. The mobile element is preferably configured as a cordless telephone handset or a mobile telephone. Textual, audio, video and/or control data that has been stored in the data source is detected, issued, released or externally transferred to a data sink or issued to a data source with the aid of the control commands.

摘要： To perform address mapping, a configuration client determines port numbers required for a network service and a network address conversion unit converts external network addresses into internal network addresses and vice versa. A configuration server requests required port numbers from the network address conversion unit which directly provides the network service with an external network address with the required port number. A device located in an internal address domain can thus be allocated a unique external network address.

摘要： By storing part of a telephone book request in a telephone, telephone book data stored in a telephone book data bank in a server may be used by a telephone for telephone applications. A direct telephone book search in the telephone data bank of the server by a dedicated protocol is initiated by the telephone by transmission of search criteria. The telephone receives in exchange the search results and can understand the semantics of the search results based on markings in the dedicated protocol, such that the data of the search result can be used directly for telephone-specific operations. For example, outgoing telephone calls, storage in a local telephone book and determination of call number information on incoming telephone calls may be performed at the telephone using the search results.

摘要： The present disclosure provides optimal network performance and network illumination in a wireless, autonomous communications network with a dynamic network topology achieved by auto-configuration. Functional alogorthemic enhancements of the communications network are used, enabling the communications network to automatically determine the current network configuration and the accessibility of the transceivers that are associated with the communications network by using measurements and to determine the optimal position of a master station at any one time from the data obtained from the measurements.
