摘要： A thread holder comprises two holding members which form a gap that has a round cross-sectional shape and increasing width. Each of the thread holders is journalled on the other holding member at at least one bearing location which is executed as a bearing surface. With this arrangement the journalled holding member can easily assume a holding position that is ideal for a thread being used. The thread holder is suitable in particular for a bringer rapier of a rapier weaving machine.
