Abstract: A display device comprises: a pixel array substrate comprising first pads; a touch screen substrate comprising second pads; an adhesive film that attaches the pixel array substrate and the touch screen substrate; and a conductive sealant that electrically connects the first pads and the second pads between the pixel array substrate and the touch screen substrate. The adhesive film comprises: an opening with the conductive sealant applied thereto; and an extension portion that surrounds the opening.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to touch sensors for display devices having a double routing wire structure. The touch sensor includes a plurality of first touch electrode serials and a plurality of second touch electrode serials electrically insulated from each other; a plurality of first routing wires, each of which is respectively connected with at least one of both ends of each of the plurality of first touch electrode serials; a plurality of second routing wires, each of which is respectively connected with each of the plurality of second touch electrode serials; and at least one of a first jumping wire and a second jumping wire, wherein the first jumping wire connects the first routing wire with a first pad, and the second jumping wire connects the second routing wire with a second pad.

Abstract: A touch-sensitive display includes a plurality of electrodes configured to detect a touch input received at the touch-sensitive display device. A plurality of touch wires formed on a substrate are electrically connected to the electrodes and configured to detect a touch input received at the touch-sensitive display device. A plurality of first conductive patterns on the substrate are each connected to a touch wire and extend in a first direction from the corresponding touch wire. An insulation layer is disposed on the plurality of touch wires and first conductive patterns, and a plurality of second conductive patterns are disposed on the insulation layer. Each second conductive pattern contacts one of the touch wires via a contact hole in the insulation layer and at least partially overlaps a corresponding one of the first conductive patterns, while being separated from the corresponding one of the first conductive patterns by the insulation layer.
