Abstract:
Disclosed are an organic light-emitting device and an organic light-emitting display device capable of improving reliability thereof. The organic light-emitting device or the organic light-emitting display device includes an organic encapsulation layer disposed on a light-emitting element, and the organic encapsulation layer includes a first organic encapsulation layer disposed on an inorganic encapsulation layer and a second organic encapsulation layer disposed so as to surround the first organic encapsulation layer and including a moisture-absorbent material. As such, it is possible to achieve a reduction in cost and to prevent moisture or oxygen from being introduced from the outside into the side surface of the organic light-emitting device.
Abstract:
Provided are an organic light emitting display (OLED) apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The OLED apparatus includes: a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate including: a support substrate, including a soft material and a plurality of TFTs on the support substrate corresponding to a plurality of pixel areas, a light emitting array (LEA) including a plurality of organic light emitting devices on the TFT array substrate corresponding to the plurality of pixel areas, a sealing structure facing the TFT array substrate, the LEA interposed between the TFT array substrate and the sealing structure, and an adhesive layer between the LEA and the sealing structure to adhere the LEA to the sealing structure, wherein the sealing structure includes: a protective layer on the LEA, a sealing layer over the TFT array substrate, and a barrier layer adhering the protective layer to the sealing layer.

Abstract:
An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device having a built-in touch panel is discussed in which pad parts of a touch panel array are connected on a gate in panel (GIP) circuit unit formed on a lower substrate with an OLED array formed thereon. When an upper substrate is adhered to the lower substrate, occurrence of cracks in routing lines of the touch panel array is prevented. The OLED display device includes a lower substrate provided thereon with an organic light emitting diode array including a thin film transistor and an OLED and a GIP circuit unit, an upper substrate adhered to the lower substrate by an adhesive layer to face each other and provided thereon with a touch panel array including first and second sensor electrodes, and routing lines formed on the GIP circuit unit to be connected to the first and second sensor electrodes.
