Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate having an active area and a non-active area, a light emitting diode in the active area, a sealing layer over the light emitting diode, at least one lens pattern over the sealing layer, the at least one lens pattern having a convex shape, and a passivation layer in the active area and the non-active area, the passivation layer covering the at least one lens pattern and having a first open portion exposing a first pad area.
