    Abstract: A communication interface that can decrease a transmission time between a touch driving circuit and a touch controller at the time of performing a pen touch sensing operation is provided. The touch display device can include a touch panel in which touch electrodes are arranged; a touch controller that outputs a first master signal to a first master pin corresponding to one end of a first interface, outputs a second master signal to a second master pin corresponding to one end of a second interface, receives first slave data from the first master pin, and receives second slave data from the second master pin; and a touch driving circuit that receives the first and second master signals, and outputs the first slave data to a first slave pin and outputs the second slave data to a second slave pin in response to the first master signal and the second master signal.

    Abstract: A touch sensor display device and an interface method thereof are provided. The touch sensor display device comprises a display panel in which a touch panel, gate lines, data lines, sensing lines, and subpixels are disposed; a gate driver circuit drives the gate lines; a data driver circuit drives the data lines; a touchscreen driver circuit drives the sensing lines, and includes a sleep module which controls switching to a sleep mode, and a wake-up module which performs a wake-up function to cancel and return to a normal state, and transmitting a sleep mode signal pattern or a wake-up signal pattern to the micro control unit; and a micro control unit determining whether a touch is detected, by the touchscreen driver circuit. Accordingly, power consumption is reduced in the display device. A mode change is performed by a driver circuit to enable rapid mode changes while reducing power consumption.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a touch display device, a touch system, a touch master, and a communication method and, more particularly, are a touch display device, a touch system, a touch master, and a communication method which can provide a communication protocol and a communication interface based on a master-slave system in which a touch driving device operates as a touch slave and a touch controller operates as a touch master. Communication between the touch driving device and the touch controller can be accurately and rapidly performed and data transmission efficiency can increase.
