    Abstract: A display device having a built-in touchscreen and a driving chip, a circuit film, and a chip-on-film (COF) type driving circuit included in the display device. The COF type driving circuit performs data driving and touch driving in a combined manner. A source driving circuit outputs image data voltages through data channels. At least one touch driving circuit outputs touch driving signals through touch channels. The source driving circuit and the at least one touch driving circuit are mounted on an integrated circuit film. Data channel lines electrically connected to the data channels and touch channel lines electrically connected to the touch channels are disposed on the integrated circuit film. The noise avoidance line disposed on the integrated circuit film is located outward of an at least one outermost touch channel line.

    Abstract: A touch sensing circuit is configured to supply touch drive signals to electrodes of a touch sensitive display device and detect corresponding touch sense signals from the electrodes in response to the supplied touch drive signals, a touch sense signal indicating a change in self-capacitance of a driven electrode in response to a touch input on the driven electrode. The touch sensing circuit is further configured to integrate, for a first predetermined duration of time, a measure of each of the touch sense signals, to generate a first integrated signal corresponding to each touch sense signal; integrate, for a second predetermined duration of time, the first integrated signal, to generate a second integrated signal corresponding to each touch sense signal; and determine presence of one or more touch inputs on one or more of the electrodes based on the second integrated signal.

Accordingly, touch sensing may be performed using touch data in which a load deviation due to the touch lines according to areas in which the touch electrodes are disposed is reduced, thereby improving the performance of the touch sensing.

    Abstract: The present embodiments relate to a touch display device and a touch driving circuit, which may detect a short circuit occurring between touch electrodes and between a plurality of touch lines.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch controller, a touch sensing system, and a touch display device. Among data communication periods between the touch controller and a touch driving circuit, during the data communication period included in a period in which a system clock signal is not output, a level of a communication control signal is changed a plurality of times, thereby allowing the touch driving circuit to recognize an address start time point. Therefore, it is possible to reduce power consumption of the touch sensing system by reducing a period in which the system clock signal is output and to improve the efficiency of data communication of the touch sensing system by enabling normal data communication in a period in which the system clock signal is not output.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes: a touch panel including N touch electrodes; a sensor sensing unit block including M sensor sensing units and to sense two or more touch electrodes among the N touch electrodes; a front multiplexer to select two or more touch electrodes from among the N touch electrodes and connect the selected touch electrodes to the sensor sensing unit block. The front multiplexer is configured to select M touch electrodes, which are disposed in a sensing active region corresponding to a first sensing period, from among the N touch electrodes, and to match and connect the M touch electrodes to the M sensor sensing units, wherein M is greater than or equal to 2, and N is greater than M. The M sensor sensing units are configured to simultaneously sense the M touch electrodes disposed in the sensing active region during the first sensing period.
