Abstract: An organic light emitting display device is provided. The organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate including a black matrix on one surface, an overcoating layer formed of a semi-permeable material and configured to equalize a thickness of an area where the black matrix is present to a thickness of an area where the black matrix is not present, and a touch electrode layer on the overcoating layer; and a second substrate including an organic light emitting element on one surface and bonded to the first substrate to face each other.
