Abstract: A liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment includes a liquid crystal panel including a plurality of display regions arranged in a first axis direction; a backlight unit below the liquid crystal panel; and a viewing angle adjustment unit between the liquid crystal panel and the backlight unit, wherein the viewing angle adjustment unit includes a viewing angle adjustment sheet that includes a plurality of division regions corresponding to the plurality of display regions, respectively, and the plurality of division regions are individually adjusted in scattering rate according to ON and OFF operation modes.
