Abstract: A display device includes a substrate provided with a display area for displaying an image by a plurality of subpixels, a plurality of first electrodes provided in each of the plurality of subpixels over the substrate, a plurality of driving transistors provided over the substrate, including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a light emitting layer provided over the plurality of first electrodes, and a second electrode provided over the light emitting layer, each of the plurality of first electrodes includes a plurality of divided electrodes disposed to be spaced apart from each other, a transistor contact portion connected with the driving transistor through a contact hole, and a plurality of connection electrodes provided on the same layer as the active layer of the driving transistor, connecting each of the plurality of divided electrodes with the transistor contact portion, so that a size of a light emission area that can be a dark spot due to occurrence of particles can be substantially reduced or minimized.
