Abstract: A display panel comprises a substrate including a plurality of polymer layers, an inorganic interlayer insulating film, and a semiconductor layer between the plurality of polymer layers and a panel array over the substrate. The semiconductor layer within a substrate may ground electric charges entered from the outside through the semiconductor layer. Thus, the display panel protects an array provided on the substrate and improves the reliability of the display device.
