Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an organic light emitting diode that includes at least one emitting material layer including an anthracene-based host and a boron-based dopant, at least one electron blocking layer including an amine-based compound substituted with at least one polycyclic aryl group, and optionally at least one hole blocking layer including an azine-based compound or a benzimidazole-based compound. The organic light emitting diode has enhanced luminous efficiency as well as excellent luminous lifetime.
Abstract:
Discussed is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate in which red, green, and blue pixel areas are defined, a first electrode and a first hole transporting layer that are formed on the substrate, first to third emission common layers formed in each of the pixel areas on the first hole transporting layer, and an electron transporting layer and a second electrode that are formed on the third emission common layer. Accordingly, color mixture is prevented, limitations due to a defective mask are overcome, a process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
Abstract:
Discussed are a light-emitting device and a light-emitting display device having improved efficiency and increased lifespan. A plurality of stacks is provided between an anode and a cathode for at least a subpixel to emit a predetermined color, and emissive layers in different stacks include the same color-based materials having different luminous properties.
