Abstract: An electroluminescent lighting device comprises a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the emission area; an auxiliary line disposed at the emission area and defining a pixel area; a lower pad extended from the auxiliary line and disposed at one side of the non-emission area; an anode layer covering the auxiliary line and the lower pad; an emission layer disposed on the anode layer in the emission area; a cathode layer disposed on the emission layer; a second pad extended from the cathode layer and disposed at another side of the non-emission area; an encapsulation layer covering the emission area on the cathode layer; a cover film attached on the encapsulation layer and having a first pad corresponding to the lower pad; and a conductive adhesive electrically connecting the first pad and the lower pad.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus has improved aperture ratio by changing auxiliary lines in a lattice shape into a line shape. In addition, a conductive layer having a high resistance is formed on the entire surface to control excessive current due to a short circuit, and an island-shaped anode is formed in the emission zone to reduce the resistance in the pixel, thereby preventing the luminance from being lowered.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus of the present disclosure includes an organic light emitting diode formed by a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode on a first substrate and configures the first electrode by a transparent conductive material having an electrical resistance of 2800 to 5500Ω in each pixel. Therefore, even though the first electrode and the second electrode are in contact with each other to remove the electrical resistance by the organic light emitting layer in the pixel, the overcurrent is suppressed from being applied to the pixel by the electrical resistance of the first electrode. Further, at least one conductive pattern formed of a low electrical resistance transparent conductive material which is connected to the first electrode in the pixel is disposed to suppress the degradation of the luminance by the first electrode having a high electrical resistance.
