Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescent lighting device embedding touch function. The present disclosure provides an electroluminescent light device that includes a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the emission area. An emission element is disposed on a first surface of the substrate in the emission area. A first pad and a second pad are disposed on the first surface of the substrate in the non-emission layer. A touch layer is disposed on a second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface, and a cover plate is attached on a bottom surface of the touch layer.
