Abstract: A lighting device is provided. The lighting device may include an organic light emitting diode arranged on one surface of a first substrate, the organic light emitting diode including a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode, and the first electrode is made of a transparent conductive material having a resistance value of 2,800-5,500Ω in each pixel, and has light scattering particles dispersed therein. Thus, even when a resistor of the organic light emitting layer is removed from a pixel due to a contact between the first electrode and the second electrode, it is possible to prevent an over current from being applied to the corresponding pixel through a resistor of the first electrode.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) lighting apparatus capable of improving lighting efficiency and lifetime by maximizing a light emitting area is disclosed. The OLED lighting apparatus may include a first electrode, which is provided with an embossing pattern at an interface at which the first electrode contacts an overcoat layer on a substrate. The first electrode may be made of a high refractive transparent conductive material, and may be arranged in an entire active area of the OLED lighting apparatus. The OLED lighting apparatus can improve light extraction efficiency through a light scattering due to a microlens effect through the first electrode provided with the embossing pattern, which facilitates elimination of a light extraction layer arranged at the interface between the substrate and the overcoat layer, thereby reducing a process yield and manufacturing cost.

Abstract: The present application relates to an OLED panel for a lighting device and a method of manufacturing the same. An OLED panel for a lighting device includes: a substrate; a auxiliary wiring pattern having a plurality of wiring lines disposed on the substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate where the auxiliary wiring pattern is disposed, and having a planarized upper surface; a passivation layer disposed on the first electrode and disposed at least in an area above the auxiliary wiring pattern; an OLED emission structure disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the OLED emission structure. In the OLED panel for a lighting device, luminance uniformity may be improved through a dual auxiliary wiring pattern, and the upper surface of the first electrode is planarized. Accordingly, the area of the passivation layer is reduced, and thus a light-emitting area may be increased.
