Abstract: Discussed are a glass patterned retarder stereoscopic 3D display device and a method for fabricating the same. The device is capable of enhancing a viewing angle in upper and lower directions and an aperture ratio by forming light shielding patterns on a rear surface of a color filter substrate. Further, the device is capable of preventing scratches occurring on the light shielding patterns due to a polishing belt, by forming high hardness polymer on the light shielding patterns and removing stair-steps of a rear indium tin oxide (ITO).

Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device includes a stretchable display device. The stretchable display device includes a lower substrate including a display area and a non-display area. The stretchable display device further includes a plurality of lower connection lines on the lower substrate. The stretchable display device further includes a plurality of first substrates disposed on the display area, the plurality of first substrates defines sub pixels, and a modulus of the plurality of first substrates is larger than a modulus of the lower substrate. The stretchable display device further includes a plurality of connection substrates connecting adjacent first substrates among the plurality of first substrates. The stretchable display device further includes a plurality of upper connection lines disposed on the plurality of connection substrates. Therefore, various connection lines are configured in a limited space to improve an image quality of a stretchable display device.

Abstract: A display device in one example includes a substrate composed of a first subpixel, a second subpixel, a third subpixel and a fourth subpixel. The substrate has a light emission area and a non-light emission area for each of the first to fourth subpixels.
