    Abstract: A display apparatus comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines crossing at least one of the plurality of data lines, a plurality of thin film transistors electrically connected to one of the plurality of data lines and one of the plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of bumps disposed on at least some of the thin film transistors. Bumps may overlap active layers of thin film transistors that are not continuously disposed along a gate line from the plurality of gate lines and may overlap active layers of thin film transistors that are not continuously disposed along a data line from the plurality of data lines.
