    Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus is disclosed, wherein the organic light emitting display apparatus comprises a driving thin film transistor provided on a substrate and disposed in a pixel area including a plurality of sub pixels; an organic light emitting diode electrically connected with the driving thin film transistor; and a repair portion provided at one side of the organic light emitting diode, wherein the organic light emitting diode is electrically connected with the driving thin film transistor through the repair portion.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display is disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other. The first substrate includes an anode included in an organic light emitting diode, an auxiliary electrode, a barrier on the auxiliary electrode, a bank layer including a first opening exposing at least a portion of the anode and a second opening simultaneously exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode and at least a portion of the barrier, a cathode included in the organic light emitting diode and divided by the barrier, a contact electrode disposed on the cathode and divided by the barrier, and a protective layer interposed between the cathode and the contact electrode. The contact electrode and the power line directly contact each other.

    Abstract: A top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display includes a substrate, an auxiliary line, an insulating film, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, an under-area, a connecting terminal, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. An under-cut opening exposes one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed inside the under-cut opening by removing the insulating film underlying the exposed end of the auxiliary cathode. The connecting terminal on the planarization film extends to the under-cut opening and makes contact with the exposed auxiliary cathode. The organic emission layer is stacked on the surface of the auxiliary cathode, and is not applied to the under-area and exposes the side of the connecting terminal making contact with the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer and makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device can include a low-level voltage line; a passivation layer that lies over the low-level voltage line; a planarization layer that lies over the passivation layer; an anode and an auxiliary electrode that lie on the planarization layer and the passivation layer, the auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the low-level voltage line; a bank layer that lies over the anode, the planarization layer and the passivation layer and defines a light-emitting area; an organic emissive layer over the light-emitting area; and a cathode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer, in which the cathode is connected to a side of a protruding portion where the auxiliary electrode protrudes from the planarization layer.
