Abstract: The display device according to the present disclosure may comprise a display panel equipped with a plurality of pixels connected to data lines and sensing lines; a source drive IC configured to provide a data voltage to a pixel through the sensing line and equipped with a sensing block obtaining sensing data related to driving characteristics of the pixel using a signal input through the sensing line; a switch configured to control a connection via the sensing line between the pixel and the sensing block; and a power source configured to provide a test voltage or a test current to the sensing block, and the source drive IC may obtain calibration data for the sensing block by using the test voltage or the test current in a state that the switch disconnects the pixel and the sensing block.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device in an embodiment of the present invention comprises a display panel equipped with a plurality of pixels each including an OLED and a driving TFT for driving the OLED and a sensing circuit connected to pixels through a sensing line and detecting driving characteristics of a corresponding pixel. The sensing circuit may comprise a plural sensing units including an integrator for integrating currents respectively flowing two adjacent sensing lines connected to inverting and non-inverting input terminals of a fully differential amplifier, a sampling unit for respectively sampling two integral outputs of the integrator and a scaler for regulating an operating range of outputs of the sampling unit, a differential amplifier for differentially amplifying one or more outputs of the scaler, and an ADC for converting an output of the differential amplifier into a digital sensing value.

Abstract: A current sensing device and the organic light-emitting display device including the same are disclosed. The current sensing device may include a plurality of sensing units, each sensing unit playing a role of converting a pixel current input through a sensing line into a digital sensing value, and each sensing unit comprising: a current integrator including an integrating amplifier and a feedback capacitor, the integrating amplifier comprising an inverting input terminal, a non-inverting input terminal and an output terminal, wherein the feedback capacitor is connected between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal, and a first reference voltage is input to the non-inverting input terminal; and a current transmitting unit connected between the sensing line and the current integrator to separate the electric connection of the sensing line and the current integrator, wherein the current transmitting unit mirrors the pixel current and causes the mirrored current to be output from the inverting input terminal of the integrating amplifier.
