Abstract: A display device capable of reducing a non-display area includes a substrate hole surrounded by light emitting elements, and a moisture penetration preventing layer disposed between an inner dam surrounded by the light emitting elements and the substrate hole. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent damage to light emitting stacks caused by external moisture or oxygen. Since the substrate hole is disposed within an active area, a reduction in non-display area is achieved.

The display device can include the substrate having a first region and a second region, a first array unit in the first region and having at least one subpixel having a first light emitting part, and a second array unit in the second region and having a plurality of subpixels. Each of the plurality of subpixels includes a second light emitting part having a smaller area than an area of the first light emitting part.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display device that enables reduction in thickness and weight and a method of manufacturing the same. The display device having a touch sensor includes a touch sensing line and a touch driving line, which are formed on an encapsulation unit and intersect each other with a touch insulation layer interposed therebetween. The touch insulation layer intersects with any one of the touch sensing line and the touch driving line, which may result in the simplified structure. In addition, touch electrodes are disposed on the encapsulation unit, which may make a separate attachment process be unnecessary, resulting in a simplified manufacturing process and reduced costs.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display having a mirror function. In an embodiment, a light-shielding reflective layer overlaps areas of the organic light emitting display except for emission areas provided with light emitting devices formed therein. The light-shielding reflective layer prevents light from entering channel regions of active layers and reflects external light, for example, when the organic light emitting device is not operated to display an image, and thus the organic light emitting display may stably implement a mirror function.
