Abstract: A display apparatus is disclosed. The display apparatus according to the present invention comprises a display panel with which a source PCB is combined in one side; a rear cover disposed in a rear surface side of the display panel; and a housing supporting at least one of the display panel and the rear cover from a lower surface side of the display panel and being equipped with at least one PCB, wherein the rear cover is made of transparent material through which light passes and at least one penetrating hole corresponding to at least one area of the source PCB is formed in at least one area of the rear cover. According to the present invention, the display panel and the rear cover can be combined easily with each other.
