    Abstract: A compressor, more particularly, a scroll compressor provides structures that may enhance centrifugal stiffness at a contact point between a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. The compressor may include an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll wrap wound around a radial-direction inner area from a radial-direction outer area; and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll wrap wound around the radial-direction inner area from the radial-direction outer area. A surfacing part may be configured to narrow a distance between the orbiting scroll wrap and the fixed scroll wrap may be formed in a predetermined section of the orbiting scroll or fixed scroll wrap.

    Abstract: Provided is a scroll compressor. The scroll compressor may be provided with at least one refrigerant accommodating groove recessed to a preset depth in at least one from a side surface of a fixed wrap constituting a compression chamber and a side surface of an orbiting wrap. Thus, a volume of the compression chamber in a discharge area may be increased in correspondence with a volume of the at least one refrigerant accommodating groove, and a space into which liquid refrigerant, etc. may escape may be ensured to resolve excessive compression in the compression chamber. Then, a stress exerted on the fixed wrap is reduced, and a damage to the fixed wrap due to pressure in the compression chamber may be suppressed.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a flow path guide disposed between a motor unit and a compression unit to separate a refrigerant flow path and an oil flow path. A guide discharge hole communicating with a discharge passage of the compression unit is formed axially through the flow path guide and a guide passage communicating with the guide discharge hole is annularly defined, such that a discharge guide protrusion surrounding the guide discharge hole extends toward the motor unit. Accordingly, inner and outer spaces of the flow path guide can communicate with each other while the refrigerant flow path and the oil flow path are separated, which results in securing a space of an oil recovery passage to allow quick oil recovery and simplifying a structure of the flow path guide to reduce manufacturing costs.

The scroll compressor may prevent the eccentric effect occurring during rotation from deteriorating performance of the bearings, thereby preventing compression performance from being lowered.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to is a compressor. The compressor may be provided with a communication hole between an inlet and an outlet of a refrigerant discharge pipe coupled through an upper surface of a casing, the communication hole penetrating between an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface of the refrigerant discharge pipe. Thus, during oil sealing through the refrigerant discharge pipe, a flux path area of a driving motor may be ensured, and a number of winding wires and/or a coil diameter of a stator coil may be ensured. Thus, efficiency of the driving motor may be maintained and backflow or overflow of oil through the refrigerant discharge pipe may be suppressed. In addition, during operation of the compressor, oil may be suppressed from being excessively leaked through the refrigerant discharge pipe without having to include a separate oil separator inside or inside the casing.
