摘要: A compressor may include a compression mechanism and an oil pump. The compression mechanism is configured to compress a working fluid. The oil pump may be defined by a driveshaft and a bearing. The driveshaft is drivingly connected to the compression mechanism and includes a lubricant passage. The bearing receives a portion of the driveshaft and includes a bearing surface that rotatably supports the driveshaft. The bearing includes a pump cavity surface that is spaced apart from the driveshaft and cooperates with a diametrical surface of the driveshaft to define a pump cavity that extends around the diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The bearing includes an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The inlet passage receives oil from an oil sump and provides oil to the pump cavity. The outlet passage receives oil from the pump cavity and provides oil to the lubricant passage of the driveshaft.

摘要: A compressor includes a compression mechanism and a driveshaft that drives the compression mechanism. The driveshaft may include a first axially extending passage, a second axially extending passage, and a lubricant distribution passage. The first and second axially extending passages may be radially offset from each other and may intersect each other at an overlap region. The first and second axially extending passages are in fluid communication with each other at the overlap region. The lubricant distribution passage may extend from the first axially extending passage through an outer diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The lubricant distribution passage may be disposed at a first axial distance from a first axial end of the driveshaft. A first axial end of the overlap region may be disposed at a second axial distance from the first axial end of the driveshaft. The first axial distance may be greater than the second axial distance.

摘要: A compressor includes an orbiting scroll, a cooling pipe and a crankshaft, the cooling pipe includes an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, an axial through hole is provided at a center of the orbiting scroll, a sealing portion of the orbiting scroll is provided with a sealing groove, a mounting hole is provided in the crankshaft, the cooling pipe passes through the crankshaft and enters from a tail portion of the crankshaft, through the mounting hole, the axial through hole and the sealing groove, and then returns back on the same way, and a part of the cooling pipe is arranged in the sealing portion of the orbiting scroll, the cooling pipe moves synchronously with the orbiting scroll and rotates with respect to the crankshaft.

摘要: A compressor is provided having an integrated flow path structure in which an oil flow path and an intermediate pressure flow path are integrated into one in a compression unit, thereby simplifying a flow path of the compression unit. The compressor may include at least one integrated flow path in which the oil flow path and the refrigerant gas flow are integrated into one in a fixed scroll. The at least one integrated flow path may connect an intermediate pressure chamber and a compression chamber in a compressors unit. The at least one integrated flow path may provide a compressed refrigerant in the compression chamber to the intermediate pressure chamber and provide oil in the intermediate pressure chamber to the compression chamber, simplifying the flow path of the compression unit.

The aerostatic thrust bearing forms a layer of gas between the second scroll member and a fixed supporting member to support the second scroll member as the second scroll member rotates and/or orbits. Also disclosed is a method of supporting a rotating/orbiting scroll member in a scroll compressor. The method including supplying pressurized gas to an aerostatic thrust bearing such that a layer of gas is formed between the rotating/orbiting scroll member and a fixed supporting member.

The bracket is coupled to the shell and includes an aperture. The hub is disposed within the aperture and defines a bore having a radially inwardly extending lip. The bushing includes a first portion and a second portion. The second portion of the bushing includes a plurality of radially extending engagement features. The second portion of the bushing is disposed within the bore of the hub such that the engagement features engage the lip of the hub.

摘要: A compressor includes a casing with an oil retention space, an electric motor, a driveshaft, a compression mechanism, an oil supply passage, an oil discharge passage, an oil supply pump, and an oil discharge pump. The compression mechanism has a movable part, and an upper housing forming a crank chamber. The upper housing has an upper bearing that pivotally supports the driveshaft below the crank chamber. The oil supply passage leads oil in the oil retention space to the crank chamber. The oil discharge passage includes a main oil discharge passage, and a first inflow passage communicating between the main oil discharge passage and the crank chamber. An oil-recovery space is formed in a lower part of the upper housing below the crank chamber. The oil discharge passage includes a second inflow passage communicating between the main oil discharge passage and the oil-recovery space.

The orbiting scroll member (22) may be rotatably coupled to the driveshaft (16) and may be meshingly engaged with the non-orbiting scroll member (24). The orbiting scroll member (22) may include a recess (96) that is moved between a first position in fluid communication with the first lubricant supply path and a second position fluidly isolated from the first lubricant supply path.

摘要: A rotary compressor includes: a vertically-positioned airtight compressor housing, in an upper section of which a discharge unit of a refrigerant is provided and in a lower section of which an inlet unit of the refrigerant is provided and lubricant oil is stored; and a lubricating mechanism supplying lubricant oil stored in the lower section of the compressor housing to a sliding portion of a compressing unit through a vertical lubricating hole and a horizontal lubricating hole of a rotation shaft. The horizontal lubricating hole of the lubricating mechanism is formed between the same direction as an eccentric direction of an eccentric portion provided on the rotation shaft and causes an annular piston of the compressing unit making an orbital motion in a cylinder and a 80° phase shifted direction from the same direction as the eccentric direction in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the rotation shaft.
