Abstract: An apparatus for receiving a broadcast signal, includes a receiver configured to receive the broadcast signal, a parser configured to parse signaling information for a service scan included in the broadcast signal, a link layer processor configured to process a link layer packet included in the broadcast signal, and an audio/video (A/V) processor configured to present broadcast contents based on the signaling information for the service scan and the link layer packet.
