Abstract: A mobile terminal and a control method therefor are disclosed. According to at least one embodiment of the present invention, it is able to provide a mobile terminal capable of reducing consumed power by controlling an alarm period for waking up an application performing synchronization with a server and a method of controlling therefor. Moreover, according to at least one embodiment of the present invention, it is able to provide a solution for controlling an alarm period of an application.
