Abstract: A method, system, and device for automatic recognition and capture of an object are disclosed. In one embodiment, a mobile terminal comprises a display unit, a memory, a camera module, and a controller. The controller is configured to set at least one image of an expected object in response to a user input thereof, receive an image of a object via the camera module, generate a match indication when the image of the object matches with the at least one image of the expected object beyond a threshold value, and capture the image of the object upon confirmation of the match indication.
