Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal capable of displaying image data and a control method thereof. A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a camera configured to acquire an image to generate image data containing at least one face image; a microphone configured to receive audio data; and a controller configured to analyze a face image contained in the image data to determine contact information matched to the face image, and analyze the audio data to determine contact information matched to the audio data, and match the audio data to the image data based on the determined contact information.
