Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for controlling a mobile terminal, including a touch sensor that detects a touch input with respect to a specific region of a touch screen, and a controller that determines whether the touch input continues to be received for reference time for which a state in which the mobile terminal is gripped by a user is recognized and that, when the touch input continues to be received for the reference time, blocks touch information corresponding to the touch input.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a device, and which includes capturing, via a depth camera of the device, depth image data of a user; detecting, via a controller of the device, a face area by analyzing the depth image data of the user; extracting, via the controller, a specific point from the detected face area; determining, via the controller, a direction the user is facing with respect to the device based on a position relationship between the extracted specific point and a reference point; and changing, via the controller, a state of the device based on the determined direction the user is facing with respect to the device.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal includes a display; a touch sensor coupled to the display, the touch sensor including a first sensor and a second sensor; a driving unit configured to supply power to drive the display; and a touch controller configured to: cause the driving unit to enter an inactive state when a lighting of the display is turned off; recognize a touch input applied to the display by sensing, via the first or second sensor, the touch input applied while the lighting of the display is off; cause the driving unit to enter an active state in response to the touch input, the active state maintained while the lighting of the display is on; and obtain touch coordinates of the touch input using input from both the first sensor and the second sensor together when the driving unit enters the active state.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is to provide a wireless sound device capable of effectively receiving a command that meets a user's intention without an error despite a user input unit having a limited size, and a method for controlling the same. For example, a wireless sound device includes a wireless communication unit for wireless communication with an external device, a touch sensor for sensing a touch input of a user in a touch standby mode, a force sensor for sensing a force based on the touch input, a sound output unit for outputting an audio signal received from the external device, and a controller that controls a touch mode of the wireless sound device to be switched to a touch accepting mode or a touch ignoring mode in response to the touch input, and, when a touch validity of the touch input is positive, the controller controls the touch mode to be switched to a touch accepting mode or a touch ignoring mode based on a force validity of the touch input.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a method for controlling the same. The present invention determines whether received touch input is touch input by a finger of a user and, when a function executed by the touch input requires authentication, provides a user interface necessary for authentication differently according to whether the touch input is touch input by the user's finger. Accordingly, fingerprint authentication is processed as necessary, thereby improving processor efficiency.
