Abstract: A mobile terminal is disclosed. The mobile terminal includes a first body including a display and a battery receiving portion that is embedded in the first body and communicates with an opening positioned at an end of the first body, a second body including an inner housing coupled to a side of a battery, and a spring assembly positioned in the first body and providing an elastic force for the battery while contacting another side of the battery coupled to the inner housing. The first body and the second body are in at least one of states including a first state in which the second body is coupled to the end of the first body, and a second state in which an entire portion of the second body is spaced apart from the end of the first body.
