Abstract: The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method of controlling the same. An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention converts the state of a page displayed on a touchscreen to a standby state through rear input and cancels the standby state upon release of the rear input, thereby providing a page corresponding to a desired time when the rear input is released.
