Abstract: An optical path control member according to an embodiment comprises: a lower substrate; a lower electrode disposed on the upper surface of the lower substrate; an upper substrate disposed on the lower substrate; an upper electrode disposed on the lower surface of the upper substrate; a light conversion unit disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode; and an adhesive layer provided between the light conversion unit and the upper electrode, wherein the light conversion unit includes partition wall parts and accommodation parts that are alternately disposed, the accommodation part has a light transmission rate that varies according to the application of voltage, and, when the ratio of the thickness of the accommodation part to the dielectric constant thereof (thickness/dielectric constant) is defined as A and the ratio of the thickness of the adhesive layer to the dielectric constant thereof (thickness/dielectric constant) is defined as B, the value of A is greater than the value of B.
