摘要： A method for manufacturing a formed member is provided. A metal sheet is provided in a mold including a mold cavity. An upper end as well as each of left and right sides of the mold cavity are in communication with at least one first upper runner channel and at least one side runner channel. A liquid insulating material is injected into the mold and flows into the mold cavity from the first upper runner channel and the side runner channel respectively. After the liquid insulating material is solidified, a body is formed in the mold cavity, a first upper connecting portion is formed in each first upper runner channel, and a side connecting portion is formed in each side runner channel. Then the formed member is obtained by disconnecting the joints of the body and each of the first upper connecting portion as well as the side connecting portion.

摘要： A circuit board includes a plurality of insulators provided horizontally side by side and at least one first electric conductor. A first accommodating space is formed between two adjacent ones of the insulators, and each of the two adjacent ones of the insulators is provided with at least one fixing portion in the first accommodating space. The first electric conductor is accommodated in the first accommodating space, and is retained in the fixing portions of the two adjacent ones of the insulators only at two sides thereof. The first electric conductor in the circuit board is used to transmit signals and surrounded with air, and compared with the conventional circuit board in which signals are transmitted through a dielectric layer, a signal transmission effect with ultra-low signal attenuation can be achieved.

A metal cover surrounds the plastic body and is fastened to the main body. A grounding sheet is located between the metal cover and the side wall. The grounding sheet has a body and at least two elastic portions formed by bending forward from the body. The body covers the side wall, and each of the elastic portions is accommodated in a corresponding through-hole and enters the mating space.

摘要： An electrical connector for mating with a mating connector includes an insulating body having a base and a tongue extending forward from the base. An upper row of terminals and a lower row of terminals are disposed in the insulating body. Each upper or lower row terminal has a contact portion exposed from an upper or a lower surface of the tongue, respectively. An upper and a lower grounding sheets are laminated to the upper and lower surfaces of the tongue respectively, and are assembled and connected to each other. A shielding case covers the periphery of the insulating body, and the upper and lower grounding sheets. The shielding case, the insulating body, and the upper and lower grounding sheets together form an insertion space for the mating connector to be inserted therein. The shielding case is respectively and electrically conducted to the upper and lower grounding sheets.
