In various embodiments, a dedicated indication is transmitted to each item of user equipment. In other embodiments, common broadcast signaling is used to indicate subframe re-use to all items of user equipment.     摘要: Messages containing interference vectors are transmitted efficiently to user equipments over a downlink channel. A pre-coding indicator channel is used for transmission in an over-the-air packet-based communication system. A table of pre-coding matrix indices or pre-coding vector information is transmitted to user equipments configured in a spatially multiplexed multiple user MIMO configuration. The UEs receive the pre-coding vector information that allows them to determine the pre-coding vectors used to communicate in the downlink direction from a MIMO base station to other MIMO UEs in the cell or system. The UEs use this information to actively suppress inter-user interference.

Closed-loop spatial coding for a control channel is selected for the particular user equipment, and at least one control channel element CCE is determined within the particular user equipment's search space of the control channel that is associated with the provided precoding information. The determined at least one CCE is spatially encoded using the provided precoding information to schedule radio resources for the particular user equipment. The UE determines a search space for a control channel, and from received radio resource control signaling determines at least one CCE within the search space that is to be encoded with closed-loop spatial coding. The UE decodes the determined at least one CCE within the search space using a closed-loop spatial decoding with precoding information associated with the at least one CCE to find radio resources scheduled for the particular UE.
