摘要: The present invention provides a method for long term evolution in 3GPP. More particularly, the transmission of transmission power control command signaling in a down link control channel to user equipment. The present invention also provides a method and apparatus for identifying a target user equipment for a transmission power control command. The transmission power control command for physical uplink control channel and for persistent physical uplink shared channel assignments is transmitted via a downlink control channel format 3.

摘要: Transmissions are received on a plurality of uplink physical resource blocks. An acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement for each of the received transmissions is mapped to a downlink channel, such that linear increasing sequential indices of the physical resource blocks map to linear increasing sequential indices of n groups of the downlink channel which repeat until all the physical resource blocks are mapped, in which the downlink channel comprises a plurality of n groups.

摘要: Disclosed are various exemplary embodiments of apparatus, methods and memory medium storing computer program instructions for both a base station and a user equipment. For example, an apparatus includes a radio frequency transmitter and a controller configured to derive a resource assignment for a random access channel response for at least one user equipment. At least part of the resource assignment is specified explicitly and at least part of the resource assignment is specified implicitly. The controller is further configured to transmit a message that includes the derived resource assignment for the random access channel response to at least one user equipment.

摘要: A method for channel signaling is described. The method includes determining (e.g., by a UE) whether at least one DL subframe is a valid reference resource. If the at least one DL subframe is not a valid reference resource, reporting measurements of a DL channel measured during the at least one DL subframe is inhibited. The method may include determining (e.g., by an eNB) whether reporting of the at least one DL subframe of a DL channel is required. If reporting is not required, a message configured to cause the at least one UE to inhibit reporting measurements of the DL channel (e.g., CQI measurements) measured during the at least one DL subframe is sent to the UE. Determining whether the at least one downlink subframe is a valid reference resource is based at least in part on the message. Apparatus and computer readable media are also described.

摘要: An approach is provided for reporting channel state information. The network configures parameters relating to periodic reporting of channel state information and generates a resource allocation message including a flag to enable or disable the reporting of channel state information in a subframe configured for periodic reporting.

摘要: An apparatus 310 employable in a communication system configured to determine a value for a new data indicator for semi-persistently allocated or scheduled resources. In one embodiment, the apparatus 310 includes a processor 320 configured to receive a cell radio network temporary identifier indicating a semi-persistent scheduling. The processor 320 is also configured to treat a reception of data with a new data indicator flag in accordance with the semi-persistent scheduling as one of a persistent initial transmission if a value of the new data indicator flag is equal to a first predefined value, and a retransmission of semi-persistent scheduling data if the value of the new data indicator flag is equal to a second predefined value.
