摘要： Novel stable, concentrated, biologically active and ready-to-use lipid-comprising drug delivery complexes and methods for their production are described. The biological activity of the complexes produced are comparable to the formulations prepared according to the prior art admixture method and upon purification, the complexes produced by the method of this invention are 50 to 500 fold more concentrated than the complexes formed by admixture. The method described herein provides for the large scale production of lipid-comprising drug delivery systems useful for gene therapy and other applications.

摘要： A dynamic password authentication system and the method thereof are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, a dynamic password telecommunication card embedded with a security algorithm in the SIM card of a mobile telephone is used to generate a momentarily changed password. The technique as disclosed improves the security of identity authentication effectively and avoids the trouble for the user to remember the password and change the password frequently. The technique is also suitable to a systems that requires a higher security of the identify authentication, such as the bank, the securities, the police and the electronic government affair and the like, thereby to improve the security for the system administrator and the user to login the system.

摘要： A pallet container is used to transfer loose cargoes including frame members. The frame member has a rail connected to two posts. Each post is mounted with a nesting. The pallet container has a base frame which is formed by beams; a pair of first side frames and a pair of second side frames respectively formed by the base frame and post members of the invention. Each post member comprising a first post, provided at a corner of the base frame; a second post, spaced from the first post and mounted to the base frame by a reinforced plate, in which a cavity is provided. The pallet container equipped with the post member can be stable to load the frame member by inserting the second post of the present invention into the post of the loaded frame member. Furthermore, a polarity of frame members in the folded state can be provided along the first side frames. Hence, the pallet container of the present invention improves the amount of storage and can be rapidly stacked in a manner of efficiency.
