Abstract: A hybrid vehicle comprising: a pair of drive wheels; an internal combustion heat engine; an electrically controlled transmission; a control unit of the heat engine; a control unit of the transmission; a passenger compartment having a driver's seat provided with a plurality of controls that can be operated by the driver and comprise a steering wheel, an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal and transmission control means; and an electronic control unit of the transmission control means that is physically installed in the passenger compartment close to the transmission control means, fulfills the function of acquiring the current position of the transmission control means and also fulfills the function of vehicle management unit by receiving the orders given by the driver and by providing the control unit of the heat engine and the control unit of the transmission with the corresponding objectives to meet the driver's needs.

Abstract: An electric power system for a vehicle provided with a storage assembly comprising a first storage system with a number of electrochemical cells connected to one another in series and/or in parallel and a second storage system arranged in series to the first system and with a number of electrochemical cells connected to one another in series and/or in parallel; wherein the storage assembly is designed to supply power with a dual voltage; and wherein the electric power system comprises, furthermore, a DC/DC converter, which is designed to transfer the electric charge from the second storage system to the first storage system, and vice versa, and integrated in a BMS device for the management of said storage assembly, which is designed to carry out the balancing of the electrochemical cells of the second storage system and to estimate the state of charge and the state of health of the two storage systems.

Abstract: A method for controlling a hybrid drive system for a road vehicle provided with at least a pair of drive wheels; the hybrid drive system comprises: an internal combustion heat engine, which is designed to transmit the motion to the drive wheels and is provided with a turbocharger equipped with a turbine; a first electric machine, which is able to transmit the motion to the drive wheels; and a second electric machine, which is mechanically connected to the turbine of the turbocharger. In a possible operating mode, the internal combustion heat engine is controlled to pursue a target torque by completely opening a throttle valve, operating the second electric machine as an electric generator and the first electric machine as a motor, and varying the electric power generated by the second electric machine so as to adjust the flow rate of fresh air fed to the cylinder of the internal combustion heat engine.
