Abstract: A driving tool having a trigger, such that after the trigger is on-operated, a contact restriction member starts to rotate to a lock side while rotation resistance is applied thereto by a rotation resistance applying member. A lock portion enters a lock receiving portion to prohibit an on-operation of a contact arm after a reference time has passed after the on-operation of the trigger. As a result, an inadvertent driving operation can be prevented. A mechanical timer mechanism allows for a timer control to be effected under an environment where electric power cannot be supplied.

Abstract: A driving tool is provided with first and second grease reservoirs for supplying grease to seal rings present on the outer and inner peripheral circumferences of a head valve in contact with a spring guide. Abstract: A two-member joint structure driver of a driving tool includes a striker and an engagement member. A channel to guide the striker and a release channel for the engaging section of the engagement member to pass through are shifted in a thickness direction of the driver. The width of the guide channel is expanded, and wider striker can be used without expanding the release channel. The cost of the driver can be reduced by having the two-member joint structure.
