摘要： A venting and separating device for a housing of a battery includes a base body including a circumferentially extending rim configured to couple to the housing, an inlet opening configured to be in fluid communication to an interior of the housing, an outlet opening configured to be in fluid communication with an environment, a first separation screen including first screen openings engaging across the inlet opening, and a second separation screen in a venting flow direction fluidically downstream of the first separation screen, the second separation screen including second screen openings engaging across the outlet opening. The base body further includes a pressure relief valve configured to open, when a predetermined excess pressure in the housing is surpassed, a bypass fluid flow path from the interior of the housing to the environment, the bypass fluid flow path bypassing both the first separation screen and the second separation screen.
