摘要： An apparatus automatically sensing and regulating intake air temperatures for combustion engines equipped with a carburetor or with a propane gas fuel operated fuel injector. The temperature of the intake air entering the engine is sensed by a bimetallic valve element, which simultaneously operates a flapper valve by means of the engine intake vacuum. The flapper valve automatically proportions the amount of raw cold intake air and preheated intake air for optimum engine operation.
