Abstract: A load transmitting member comprising a rising face portion rising from a floor panel and a facing face portion facing a portion of the side panel between a rear edge portion of a rear-door opening portion and a rear-wheel house portion and having its short longitudinal width is arranged on an inward side of a side panel.
